The gentleman at Grease Monkey have been doing an excellent job working on my car. The manger Jacob has been keeping me updated throughout the process giving me peace of mind that my car is well taken care of in their hands. The mechanics are very thorough with their work and have definitely earned my recurring business

Showed up at 350pm. The shop was alone with 4 employees sitting at the bay entrance. Me and another car pulled up at the same time, I allowed him to go ahead. My info was already registered so the employee told me I could go wait in the lobby and that it would be 15-20 mins. They end up opening the second bay to get through the 2 vehicles quicker I thought. They pulled in a separate truck, seemed to be an employees vehicle. Both vehicles were finished in about 25 mins while my car sat outside. They finally pulled in my car at 430pm for the oil change. Didn't finish until after 440pm. I waited over 50 mins for an oil change with only 1 customer in the entire store. Lacked professionalism, empathy and over all customer service. Id give zero stars if possible.

For $159 i waited 1.5 hours with only 3 total cars in the bay and left with a maf sensor disconnected and an engine light on. I usually do these quick places for speed and cheapness. No more I suppose. Waiting room was disgusting. Paint peeling off the counter, refreshments were a can of coffee grounds and cups but no coffee machine. Overspray paint and crumbling drywall in the lobby. The two employees took as long as a human could possibly take to do an oil and air filter change. I went here for years and something has clearly changed.

Great service from the guys there. They will treat you vehicle well!!! But the reason for my three star is their car wash there. One of the best car washes in town when its running. Unreliable is an understatement. Would like to have a good "go to" touchless car wash in Fortuna that i could rely on. This was it for a while but, you never know when its open or closed. I understand car washes break, but its to frequent for me to justify coming and checking anymore. So I stopped

Worst service ever…. I have no idea how this store received so many great reviews unless their crew changed…. I requested the top shelf oil change which included a menu of services like air filters for interior and engine… when I asked if he did it he said “you didn’t ask” to which I said it’s part of the service… he went out and looked at YouTube, returned and said he could find the internal air filter and that he didn’t have the engine filter in stock… my vehicles front chrome grill had slick oil coating which my wife and I had to clean… there’s more but I’m getting mad just writing this review… for those of you who had a great experience… good for you..! Me, never again… oh, my email to corporate was much more detailed…
